NEW YORK, May 16, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — Get ready to dance,
sing, and scream your hearts out for the Backstreet Boys as they embark
on another series of performances. The tour kicks off on August 2, 2013
at the
Charter One Pavilion

At Northerly Island, Chicago and will run
until September 8, 2013 at the
Sleep Train Pavilion

 in Concord, CA. The
Backstreet Boys are known for being one of the biggest boy bands in
recent history. They have an impressive track record of successful
songs, albums and tours in their two-decade career. Besides being
nominated for Grammy Awards, the Backstreet Boys hold the honor of
selling over 130 million albums worldwide. They also hold the
distinction of having seven consecutive albums that were in the top 10
of the Billboard Top 200 list.

The Backstreet Boys rose to fame in the 90s. Back then AJ McLean,
Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson, and Nick Carter were
teenagers that looked good and sounded great. The audience loved them.
However, no one ever thought that they would still sound as good and
stand as strong as they do right now in 2013.

90’s children will never forget the song, “Quit Playing
Games (With My Heart)”. This is the classic Backstreet Boys anthem
that drove them to pop superstardom. In 1997, they released
“Backstreet’s Back” and this guaranteed them a place in
record history. The success of the album placed them in the same league
as Michael Jackson, The Beatles, and Billy Joel.

The Backstreet Boys won the Artist of the Year award in the 1999
Billboard Music Awards as well as Album of the Year and Group of the
Year for their album “Millennium.” Their next album
“Black & Blue” sold over 1.6 million copies during week it
was released. Thirty days later, the album was certified eight-times

When it comes to Tours, the Backstreet Boys have earned more than
100 Million USD. The group has also collaborated and worked with the
biggest names in the industry – Sting and Elton John among them. During
August – early September 2013, the Backstreet boys will have a whirlwind
tour that will take them to the states of Illinois, Maryland,
Massachusetts, Ohio, Virginia, Texas, Nevada, Michigan, Georgia,
Florida, California, North Carolina and New Jersey. Canadian fans in
Ontario and Quebec will also be able to see their favorite band once

In 2011, the Backstreet Boys made history when they merged with New
Kids on the Block in a sell out concert tour that left tens of thousands
of screaming fans asking for more. For fans that were lucky enough to
get tickets for the Backstreet Boys in 2011 or were one of those who
missed the opportunity to relive your teenage years, there is another
opportunity in 2013 to catch the Backstreet Boys live in action.
